Immediate issuance is possible for student after the class of 1970. For student before the class of 1969 (including Kookhak College & Woosuk University), it takes 10~20 min for a Korean certificate and 3~4 days for transcripts/English certificates. Therefore, apply in advance via phone or email to receive the certificate on the day you want.
Identification required for the representative, as well as a copy of the applicant’s identity with a power of attorney attached to it in order to apply on behalf of someone.
3. Automatic Document Issuance Machine
Documents can be issued by the Automatic Document Issuance Machine located in places such as the Central Square B1 lobby, the International Hall 1 floor lobby, and the Hana Square. Payment can be made by mobile phone or account transfer, but public certification(or OPT) is required for the account transfer payment.
4. Fax Application (View processing procedures)
If printing or applying for a certificate online is difficult, then head to the nearest government office such as the city hall, town hall, or a community center for a fax application and you can receive the document within 30 ~ 60 min. (it may take longer for records before the class of 1969)

5. Mail Application
Apply for a civil post at the nearest post office, and the One-Stop Service Center will sent the certificate to the applicant's address
Only the applicant can apply through civil post, the applications by a representative are not accepted
Apply for the mail application at your local post office
The post office sends mail application to the KU One-Stop Service Center
Individual contact if required
The requested certificate is sent to the applicant’s address
6. Certificate Issuance for Faculty Members & Teaching Assistants
In person, Fax, and post applications are all available and the fee will be waived.
Faculty members: Certificate of employment (Korean & English), Lecture Time Statements, Award Certificate (Korean & English), Course Evaluation Statement
Teaching Assistant: Certificate of employment (Korean & English)
College of Medicine applies as the management team.

If you do not have a login ID
Click the ‘register an ID’ box at the KUPID (http://portal.korea.ac.kr) to apply for a login ID
Graduate students before the class of 1975 can call the One-stop Services Center (☎+82-2-3290-1140~1, +82-2-3290-4090~2) to apply for a Single-ID on KUPID
Checking grade (viewing only) : Use the Portal Menu 'Academics/Courses> View Grade > Review Total Grade'
Use the postal application or the issuance counter for documents regarding studying abroad
All certificate issuance for students of College of Health Sciences before the class of 2006 is only available at the College of Health Sciences Administration Support Office (+82-2-940-2705)
In cases where a photo is required on the academic document, check before application whether a photo is registered.
