Definition

Students who wish withdraw are permitted to remove themselves from the student register.

Application Procedure

By writing withdrawal located in school affairs supporting division of belonging college, signature of guarantor should be gotten and it should be submitted to school affairs supporting division of belonging college. Student who wishes to withdraw must complete withdrawal application and submit at student's affiliated school / college.

Withdrawals and Tuition Refunds
  1. 1
    When the tuition refund request is submitted the day before March 1 (the day before Sept. 1), 100% of the lecture fee is refunded.
  2. 2
    When the tuition refund request is submitted between March 1 and March 31 (between Sept. 1 and Sept. 30), 5/6 of the lecture fee is refunded.
  3. 3
    When the tuition refund request is submitted between April 1 and April 30 (between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31), 2/3 of the lecture fee is refunded.

    When the tuition refund request is submitted between May 1 and May 31 (between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30), 1/2 of the lecture fee is refunded.
  5. 5
    When the tuition refund request is submitted after June 1 (after Dec. 1), none of the tuition will be refunded.
