Czech national ice hockey team trains for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics at Korea University Ice Rink
Korea University provided its ice rink to overseas national teams to train, helping them to adapt to the local environment, until the last day before the opening of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
The British Short Track Speed Skating Team already finished their training sessions on November 3-4 of last year, and the Italian Figure Skating Team also trained at KU Ice Rink from January 27 to February 5 of this year.
From February 8-11, the Czech Ice Hockey Team went through the final phases of their training at KU Ice Rink, where they focused on adjusting themselves to the local conditions for the Olympics they have long been waiting for.
The Czech National Ice Hockey Team faced the Korean National Team in their first match at the Gangneung Hockey Center on February 17.
The KU Ice Rink has been rated highly by the three national teams for its quality ice and facilities.
